The approach
We teach the thinking first; the tools come after
Tools change every six months. How you break a real business problem into data, a model and a decision doesn't. That's why practitioners teach here, not lecturers alone.
You build from week one
Every module ends in something that runs: a pipeline, a dashboard, an agent. You're assessed on what you built.
You finish with a portfolio
The projects you build during the programme are what you show an employer. That's the real output.

72 training hours · 12 weeks · 24 live sessions × 3 hours · 2 days a week. A complete professional pathway from an ambiguous client brief to a portfolio-ready presentation — not a software course.
Core principle
"AI accelerates the designer; it does not replace the designer."
AutoCAD and 3ds Max are taught as instruments inside a complete professional workflow: brief → research → moodboard → concept → space planning → AutoCAD → 3ds Max → materials → lighting → rendering → AI enhancement → post-production → presentation → portfolio. The designer stays responsible for context, human experience, dimensions, material logic and constructability.
01 · Design Foundations & AI Research — 9 hours
Unpacking a client brief, separating assumptions from evidence, precedent mapping. Deliverable: a two-page brief interpretation with an evidence / assumption / decision matrix.
02 · Concept Development & Space Planning — 9 hours
Moodboard logic, material and colour direction, zoning, adjacency, circulation, proportion. Deliverable: a concept board, a 150-word narrative and two tested space-planning options.
03 · AutoCAD Documentation — 15 hours
Setup and precision habits, layers, lineweights and blocks, plans and interior elevations, sheet hierarchy and plotting. Deliverable: a coordinated mini-set — one annotated plan, two elevations, a finish key and a plotted PDF sheet.
04 · 3ds Max Modelling & Scene Building — 15 hours
Import discipline, scale and scene organisation, walls, openings and ceilings, furniture logic and proportion, camera options and non-destructive edits. Deliverable: a clean, render-ready scene with two camera tests.
05 · Materials, Lighting & Rendering — 12 hours
Material categories and UV logic, roughness and reflectance, daylight and artificial-light studies, render settings. Deliverable: a finish schedule plus three render views — hero, spatial overview and detail — all traceable to one concept.
06 · AI Visualisation & Post-Production — 6 hours
Prompt discipline, controlled reference use, image-to-image iteration, masking and compositing, colour correction, and disclosure of AI assistance. Deliverable: two AI-assisted iterations with a note stating what AI changed, what you corrected, and why the result remains an authored design decision.
07 · Portfolio & Professional Presentation — 6 hours
Case-study structure, before/after process, design rationale, board hierarchy, verbal pitch, PDF packaging and the final jury presentation.

No prior professional experience required. You need basic computer literacy, the ability to read a simple plan, and a willingness to do practical work between sessions. Recommended cohort size is 12–18 to protect critique quality.

An architect and interior/exterior designer, co-founder of Al Shorouk Engineering Consultants in Egypt since 2020, where she leads the practice and oversees its architecture and engineering work. She also works as a senior architect, instructor and researcher — and leads Naya's architecture and interior design diploma.

FAQ
Before you enrol
Do I need a programming background?
Not for the data analysis track — it starts from the basics. Data engineering and applied AI assume some programming familiarity, and we tell you the prerequisites before you enrol.
What language is it taught in?
Arabic or English, depending on the cohort. Technical terms stay in English — that's the language of the documentation and the job market — while the explanation is in your language.
In person or remote?
Both. In-person cohorts in Dubai run two evenings a week (7:00–9:30 PM) so you can keep working, plus a Saturday morning lab. Remote cohorts run live at the same times for the rest of the Gulf, and every session is recorded if you miss one. Corporate training runs at your office or remotely, whichever suits the team. The venue address is sent with your enrolment confirmation.
Is there a certificate, and do you help with jobs?
Yes — a Naya Academy certificate of completion, awarded on the projects you deliver rather than attendance alone; if you don't finish the projects you don't graduate. Career support is built in: CV and LinkedIn review, getting your portfolio presentable on GitHub, and one mock interview.
What are the fees, and is there a payment plan?
Data Management: Fundamentals AED 1,962 (or 4 × AED 491), Advanced AED 2,697 (or 4 × AED 675), Professional AED 5,703 (or 4 × AED 1,426). The Architecture & Interior Design Diploma is AED 2,750, with an early-bird at AED 2,499 and short tracks from AED 899. Instalments are available through Tamara and Tabby. Prices exclude 5% VAT.
